Step 2
MFA Enrollment
Select Authenticator App and tap Set Up.
Download the JumpCloud Protect app. If you already use an authenticator app you can use that one but our help will be limited. After you have an app tap I Have An App.
Tap "Can't scan the QR? View manual code" below the QR code.
Tap the code to copy it.
Open the JumpCloud Protect app. Tap Next, Get Started and Allow Push Notifications.
Tap + Add Account.
Tap "Or Enter Secret Key Manually".
Enter your full name and paste the key you copied into the Secret Key field. Tap Add Account.
Tap the code to the right of your name to copy the code.
Paste the code you copied into the Enter Code field. Tap Submit.
MFA Enrollment is complete. Tap Done.
