Managing Digium Voicemail

Here’s how to manage your Digium voicemail through the web interface…

1. Go to https://kanerealty.digiumcloud.net
2. Enter your phone extension (000) and password.
3. If you don’t know your password or never set one click Forgot Password? at the bottom.
4. When you are logged in, roll over the Voicemail/Fax menu at the top and click Mailbox on the dropdown.
5. Click the green check to select all messages on the page.
6. If you do not want to select all messages put a check next to the messages you would like to delete.
7. Click the red X to delete selected messages.
